This notice covers the keensense commercial license (display at shops and facilities), as required by Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Personal viewing at home is free and needs no purchase.

| 契約期間・自動更新 | 月額プランは 1 か月、年額プランは 1 年ごとに自動で更新されます。解約のお手続きをされるまで、同じ条件で更新が続きます。 |
| 解約 | いつでも、ご契約管理のページ(Stripe)またはメールで解約できます。解約後も、お支払い済みの期間の終わりまではご利用いただけ、次の更新日以降の請求は発生しません。お支払い済みの期間の日割りの返金は行いません(下記の返金保証の場合を除きます)。 |

| Price | Japan: ¥9,800 per month / ¥98,000 per year (tax included). International: US$69 per month / US$690 per year. One license per location, any number of screens within that facility. |
| Other costs | Internet connection and display equipment are your responsibility. Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer. |
| Payment | Credit card (processed by Stripe). The yearly plan can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice. |
| Billing | Card: the first payment at sign-up, then automatically on each renewal date (monthly or yearly). Bank transfer: by the due date on the invoice. |
| Delivery | Available immediately after payment (the URL is sent by email). For bank transfer, after the payment is confirmed. |
| Term and renewal | The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan every year, on the same terms, until cancelled. |
| Cancellation | Cancel at any time from the billing portal (Stripe) or by email. You can keep using the service until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again. Paid periods are not refunded pro rata, except under the guarantee below. |
| 7-day money-back guarantee | If, within 7 days of subscribing, it does not display properly because of your equipment or network, contact us by email for a full refund and cancellation. As a digital service, no other returns or refunds are accepted. |
| System requirements | A TV, tablet (such as an iPad), PC or Fire TV Stick with a recent web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.) and an internet connection. Because scenes are rendered in real time, motion may not be smooth on old devices or old built-in TV browsers. |
